Operation of Real Property Services
In light of the developing COVID-19 outbreak, we wanted to inform you of the following decisions we have made to help prevent the further spread of COVID-19.
- All client facing activities inclusive of any meeting and site visits are ceased effective immediately
- Our offices will be unavailable to any persons other than staff.
- We have prepared for almost all staff to work at home with remote access to email and telephone.
- Strata inspections – Please still call reception to make a booking and arrange payment over the phone.
- All key and access devices will be posted via Express Post. The only exception to this is if a tradesmen needs to collect a key or device to attend an emergency.
It will otherwise be business-as-usual so far as our team and our clients are concerned. We are confident we have the capacity to deliver to clients in accordance with your needs and expectations, notwithstanding that many of us will be working remotely.
